Hello everyone! Been looking through food diaries for ages and thought it was about time I started one! As I'm doing sw on my own I'd really appreciate any feedback! Loves xx

Mon 12th April

B- ff natural yog apple plums banana

L- tuna salad w/peppers and ff vinegarette
Ryvitas minis-5.5 syns
Banana
Muller light yogurt.

D- Quorn sausages, bacon, 2 eggs fried in fry light, tinned toms, 2slices wholemeal toast (heb) 28g Gouda (hea)

Mini Milk- 1.5 syns
butter on toast- 2 syns
total= 9
 
Tues 13th April

B- 2 Weetabix (heb) with SS milk (hea)

L- baked potato with beans 2 LC light triangles (3 syns) side salad and muller light yogurt

D- Hot chicken salad with peri peri seasoning and smash mixed with 2 LC light triangles (3 syns)
mini milk (1.5 syns)

Coffee with milk from hea and 1 sugar

total syns= 8.5
 
Weds 14th April

it's now star week..great! Trying to steer clear of cravings!

B- ff natural yog and an apple

L- 4 ryvitas (heb) with 4 LC light triangles (hea) a noodle mugshot 2 pineapple rings (2syns) and a muller light yog

D- 2 Quorn sausages, smash (with the 1 LC triangle left from hea) and beans.. Yum!
Malteaser ice cream bar (5.5 syns) one choc' digestive (4 syns)

total syns 11.5
 
Thurs 15th April

B- Muller light yog, one alpen light bar (half heb)

L- Wholegrain tomato pasta n sauce, side salad, pear, an apple and alpen bar (half heb)

D- Quorn sausages, smash, veg and gravy.
Malteaser ice cream bar 5.5 syns
Choc digestive biscuit 4 syns
Splash of milk in coffee 1 syn
One sugar in coffee 1 syn

total 11.5 syns
 
Wow just realised how many quorn sausages I eat lol!!
