Hoot! Just managed to resist this morning, but hadn't realised quite what a habit it is. Only just managed to catch myself as I was putting my foot towards the scales.
Hoot! But I found it really hard this morning. This is turning out to be a hard habit to break. I found it easier coming off food onto the packs than weaning myself off standing on the scales all the time!
