Well here I am for yet another attempt to lose weight. Lol, ever hopeful.... or ever desperate.... Hope I can catch the success bug with the help of Will Power.
 
Good luck! Im sure you'll do great. I've only been dieting for about 5/6 weeks and have found that earning exercise calories means I can still eat naughty food every now and then and that helps keep me on track :) x
 
Lol same for most people I think. I just mean it stops me from falling off the wagon and binging for a whole day. Earn my exercise calories and then I get to eat it and be within my cals! Works for me anyway :)

Calorie counting in the past 8 weeks has made me concious of my old eating habits, what's in my food and also how to control my eating habits.

I don't deny myself anything, but I do find the lower calorie versions of things if I can. I've let myself get obsessed with it, because that way I know I'll keep going. I get competitive quite easily, so when I see people losing on MFP, it helps me drive on!
