So my fiance read through the exante website and seen that I should be doing the food week, we kinda made a deal that I would eat one meal for my break.
I had steak with all the visible fat trimmed off, prawns, brocolli and about 4 asparagus tips. My calculations worked out at about 355 calories and 3g Sat fat, does anyone know if this seems ok?
