Hey All, I joined Minimins last week initially on Slimfast forum, I've kinda combined my diet from 1 Slimfast shake for breakfast and 1130cals a day, I'm using my fitness pal app to help keep track of eating/excercising.....
This is my diary on slim fast page which I think I'll be also updating here as I'm calorie counting too, and it's great to chat with guys and gals in the same position.

I weighed 13st 3.8lbs last Saturday and will weigh in once a week, I'm trying to get to 10st 10lbs... I'm looking to try and lose 7lbs a month, I think personally for me this would be a healthy way and I wouldn't lose anything but actual fat.
Anyway would love to swap recipes and chit chat
