    Nothing at the moment
i'm also on the same boat. i also have to lose 22 kg otherwise the fertility specialist won't start treatment. :( I am also diabetic so i'm taking metformin at the moment. I am also seeing Dr coppack for WLS but last time he said that as i am trying for a baby, surgery is not the best idea as it will be hard to maintain vitamin intakes so he will give me some injection for controlling diabetes which will also help for the weightloss. i'm still don't know what the injection is. In the mean time i was thinking about orbera balloon for quick weightloss, as i want the WL just for getting preggo and it doesn't include any surgery. people lost around 20kg in 6 months so i think i might give it a try and see how much i can lose. I have PCOS and i'm trying for 4 years now. I heard about 'Angus Castus' which helps ovulation but haven't tried myself. You can go to askbaby.com. for more info. i'm doing the same.

my DIL never used to have periods , and when she was 30, she started taking PREGCARE from the healthfood shop , and it was like a miricle because after taking it for a while she had 4 periods one every month, and this was a woman who never had periods

and then on the fifth month she became pregnant , i never thought i would be a granma because we only have the one son and knew that my DIL did not have periods , so now we have a most gorgeous grandson of 7 months old .

its worth a try i would say
