Houmus? anyone got any recipes?

You would usually use tahini but that has oil in it so would be synned. Free houmus is a tin of chick peas, lemon juice, garlic and you can add some natural yoghurt to loosen it a bit. You would usually use olive oil but obviously thats synned too.

Smoothie maker is just a blender with a tap isn't it? If it is then it should be fine.

I made it once and it wasn't quite smooth enough, make sure you blend it REALLY well x

Found several recipes for this. Keep meaning to make it but never actually get round to it!! Must give it a go.

Appart from vegetables, has anyone got any suggestions what we could dip into it?

Urrrmmm........ you could use your B and dip toast soldiers into it, mmm, syn some bread sticks.

Or spread on crispbreads (B) x
