Okay, so I'm sulking at the Go Ahead bars! I don't doubt that that is the syn value at all, and even looking at the packets this morning, it doesn't say how much each pack weighs so in future I am going to:

A) Double check new syn values when I go on the SW website

B) Stop wasting 7 syns on something that I thought was good for me, and eat chocolate! Ha ha! Surely there's a bar out there that's only 7 syns and would satisfy me more! *rofl*

And Elle, sex? That's just blinkin' rude!
