How am I going to get through the nex few weeks

I have 3 bbq's two weddings and a house guest for two weeks also 5 nights hotel stays. I am staying 100% on the days I am not out but am just wondering how I will even come close to staying on plan?
the Bbq's i think I can manage but as I am not doing them have no control over food but I think maybe one burger or one piece of chicken with lots of salad will get me through those it is the other bits I am worried about. Any ideas?

Can you take your own food to the BBQ? That's what I plan on doing, other than that - stick to chicken or fish :)

As for all the other stuff that you have planned, try and save your weeklies? Fill up on low point/zero point foods? Avoid any foods that are point laden and make sensible choices. I think the most important thing is that you enjoy yourself but I always enjoy myself more when I remain in control! Is there going to be dancing at the disco? You could earn yourself a few AP's there and maybe earn some AP's beforehand? And remember, nothing tastes as good as being slim feels :)

Load up with your 0pp stuff... salad, fruit, etc. With the wedding meals, finish when you are full, don't eat the whole meal if you don't need to. Keep away from stuff with creamy sauces (ask for the sauce on the side) and try not to eat too many puds. Sacrificing your weeklies to the cause will also help, and keep yourself hydrated :)

Most of all enjoy it. If you keep a handle on what you are eating you will do a lot less damage, and you'll be one step ahead than if you just gave in x

Hi - I feel I have a very full few weeks too. Everything seems to be happening at once. Just do the best you can, keep your weeklies for the social occasions, don't go mad and don't use it as an excuse to say oh blow it. Give your house guest WW friendly food - they probably won't even notice unless you tell them. Don't stress because life will always throw up obstacles like this and you will get through it.
