2 to 3 years now, Atkins maint is pretty easy, but it's like any diet really, if you go back to eating how you used to then you're going to end up back where you started. Oddly, may people just don't seem to understand that.

but we all do we always end up back where we started but i have promised myself this time its for life i have chucked out all my bigger clothes and i am 40 in 2 years so im not being fat and forty and thats what is keeping me going after that i will set myself another goal to keep it off
