How did you lose in week 1 and after 5 weeks?

I lost 9 pounds my first week and 8 pounds my second week. I think it depends on your body and how much you have to lose, I have quite a bit so weight loss may be fast for me (I am hoping anyway).

I would say drink as much water as humanly possible as this will help the weight come off. I am on about 3 liters of water a day and I am hoping my 3rd weigh in on Saturday is as successful as the previous :)
 
I lost a stone and a half in the first 4 weeks :D I am a slow loser though.
 
25lbs in 4 weeks so I'm hoping for 2 stone in 5 weeks! Here's hoping anyway.
