I would like to suggest foodfocus.co.uk or myfitnesspal, both of which would allow you to keep track of your cals eaten and also you can add in whatever exercise you have done. I've used food focus and dropped almost a stone using it, its nice and simple

I use myfitnesspal. It tells me how many cals to eat, and lets me keep track of them. It is ridiculously easy to use. I suggest you take a look.
