How do i decide?

Hello all I have been on the net looking at calorie counting allowances, I entered my details on how many calories to eat a day. And i had two results back which are as followed:

To lose 2 lbs a week eat :

1286 cals or 1374 a day including moderate exercising. so which one do I follow?:confused:

any suggestions welcome please:)
 
I would like to suggest foodfocus.co.uk or myfitnesspal, both of which would allow you to keep track of your cals eaten and also you can add in whatever exercise you have done. I've used food focus and dropped almost a stone using it, its nice and simple :)
 
I use myfitnesspal. It tells me how many cals to eat, and lets me keep track of them. It is ridiculously easy to use. I suggest you take a look. :)
