How do I use the syn calculator, I am confused :(

I just bought some ravioli (discount brands at Tesco)

Nutrition per 100g
90kcal, 3.0g Protein, 15.9 Carbs

The whole tin is 400g.

Can someone look to see what they get because I get 18 syns on green

Haha sorry, fat is 1.1g / 100g

Because it has a free food allowance on both days (i put in "pasta, fresh, cooked" and "beef") it's coming out like this for tin -

5 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
5 Syns per package/portion on Green
12 Syns per package/portion on Original

Oh ok I see now where I was going wrong then, I was leaving it as no free food!

I wish the ravioli was less than 5

you're welcome 5 is a lot better than 18 though... shame it's got any syns really - i'm sure ravioli used to be a free food! lol

Funny you're talking about ravioli, I just had a tin for my tea as it happens I had Tesco own brand Beef Ravioli which isn't in my book, but Ravioli in Tomato sauce is Free and Cheese Ravioli in Tomato Sauce is 3.5, so I guessed at 3.5!
