if you are in ketosis then the hunger is a mind thing ,splitting them might help but it isnt going to solve the nibbling problem when you stop LT,try going back to doing it a day at a time again hun xx

definitely its the only way Ive been able to survive the day!
In the beginning yes I split them as I was sooo hungry. Now I don't have my Flapjack till about 2, shake at 5 and then Hot shake at about 9. I know its been said before, but water, water, water and I find the Sparkling one best for filling you up!!

I have a bit of a problem i am cheating like mad and i dont like it ive always had 3 shakes a day since i started and i am thinking of splitting them into 6 a day what do you think would this be better for me would like your opinion thanks all x
I would deffo split the shakes and see how you go, good luck hope it works x
