    Last time I did CD I just put my soup into a mug and drank it.
    Last night I thought I would have my 'dinner' at the same time as my husband to keep things as 'normal' as possible.
    Instead I make up my soup and put it into a soup bowl and ate it with a spoon. I was quite shocked how different this felt and I will be doing the same this evening too!
