How Do You Eat Yours?!!!

Starting CD tomorrow and have been given tips on how to make your meals more interesting, please tell me if this will slow my weight loss, and if you guys have any other ideas.

Was told it is ok to have bars from day one but had read different.

Consultant told me to halve a vanilla shake and make it into a coffee for breakfast and then make another one for lunch( she also says she waters hers down more than pack says as she prefers it this way)
Then told me to cut a bar into 4 so you can spread this over the day elevenses lunch dinner and evening treat! Then have a soup for dinner.It sound a good idea to
me please let me know what you think and if you have any other tricks. As I am going to do this diet for a few months hopefully but dont want to do anything that will ruin my weight loss .xx

This is a link to the recipe thread at the top of this forum... however you can't use many of them for you're actual intake, just for little extras on hard days.

I find delaying my first one of the day and saving the last until late at night, when i'm prone to munchies works. I kickstart my metabolism in the morning with a cup of tea with milk in (not strictly SS, but that's what I do to get through. Milk is allowedin SS+, and I only have tiny quanitities).

After a couple of weeks, you'll be allowed the water flavourings. I make ice lollies with the summer fruits one, and this can help with the wanting-to-eat-when-bored problem. Also a lovely treat in this sunny weather!!!

I also like putting ice in the shakes, also waters it down and last a little longer.

You'll find your own tastes and preferences I'm sure, many people say that the bars are more satisfying when from the fridge, but I haven't tried it.

Thanks I think i'll try the ice in the shakes this week as the weathers quite warm and it might thicken them up more and make them last longer.I'll definitely keep on here to stop me straying.!!
