How do you keep motivated? Tips and tricks thread.

I thought it would be a good idea for us all to post ideas on how we motivate ourselves to keep going. My techniques:

- When I'm hungry because I'm bored, I try to go out for a walk, jog or cycle instead. Keeping busy works too (cleaning, working, ringing a friend).

- When I have a chocolate craving I have 1 square of 99% cocoa: it gives you the cocoa hit, it's practically sugar-free, plus it's not that nice so you don't want any more :D

- To know why I am doing this I look at old "skinny" photos of myself.

- I don't buy too many bad-for-you foods, so that I don't have to use too much of my (practically non-existent) will-power.

- This one is probably not so good, lol: I drink lots of coffee...nomnom, tasty, and keeps you full.
