morning all, never got chance to come on yesterday cos work rang and asked me to go in early :eek:
so went back on a 10 hr shift.:sigh:

managed to stay on plan so all is good

so food diary for yesterday

B bacon tomatoes on toast (hexb)

L ham and cheese sand (hexb,hexa + 6 syns) mango

T pork chops

S bowl cereal (6 syns + hexa)

hoping i got that right as a red day :D bit bready unfortunatly :sigh: but within syns

todays plan

B bacon, tomatoes on toast

L veg soup and melon

T sheperd's pie with lots of sf veg

i will add in anything else after work

positives

got up went to the gym walked the dog,
managed to stay on plan, despite last minute change of plans
was confident and assertive at work yesterday and didn't turn to jelly when the matron came up to do a spot check

will catch up tonight, hope every body is ok off to work again xxx :rolleyes:

2 hours exercise done this morning and now for the house work
althougth hubby did some yesterday :eek::eek::eek::eek:

going to do positives now and then post my food later (When i have decided what to have)

1, don't have as much housework to do, thanks to hubby:D, changes are beginning to happen at last :D:D:D

2,really enjoyed the gym this morning, have a new routine involving weights as well

3, libby is having a pampering morning, the dogwash is coming to her. have been nagging to get her nails cut and hubby not taking me up on it so have found a mobile service and made the appointment myself


right off to do some jobs then i can spend all afternoon catching up :D xxxxx
