How do you mix your milkshakes???

K so I'm thinking maybe I try Slimfast .... Now done this previously and just couldn't find a decent way to mix the shakes so it wasn't powdery??

Any suggestions? Bare in mind I'm going to have to mix these up at my desk mon-frri?

I got a cheap mini whisk thing. Think they are supposed to be used for making cappucinos frothy but it works fine with the shakes. Sometimes seive em if im not totally happy.

an example off ebay but i get mine from poundland. You could always try the bars or ready made shakes too. HTH.

When using Slimfast I used a shaker which worked well for me but I have to blend Ultra Slim with a hand blender as I don't find it mixes as well as the Slimfast. I suppose you could mix at home and then keep in the fridge at work?

True enough Housecat, im thinking the shakes have to be used within a certain timeframe. (can you tell ive used VLCD's before)
