How do you work out 10% of your weight loss??

    10st4lb
    Diet:
    Cambridge Diet
    OK, so I will admit that I am really crap when it comes to maths! I am trying to work out what 10% of fat loss from 23 stone 4lbs is! This is my first goal and I dont know what it is! Could anyone please help?! :p:eek::eek::eek::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::D:D:D

    Yes. Change weight to lbs by multiplying by 14 and you get 326 lb then divide by 10 so is 32.6 lb and rounded up is 33 lb

    Well done on the 10 lb lost
