hi, it works on the basis of 'checks' 1 check = 25cals. i get 45checks a day plus 1/2pint of skimmed milk or 2 low cal yoghurts and 2 pieces of fruit a day on top. most veg is free.
the plan is called PEP and theres lots of recipes to choose from, its easy to follow. ive lost 4.5lbs in 3 weeks but only had 10lbs left to lose anyway. you can join online or join a class but im in the north east and theres no classes near me
