How everyone gettin on this week

U have had a great weight loss in Jan tho! Ur doing really well, have u started shred again yet? Chin up :)
na didnt get back into it,,instead im aiming for 17km in under half hr on exercise bike:rolleyes:

Heya that really gd well done u :) I stayed the same slightly gutted but means I just gotta work harder this done loads of exercising last week and I think that is the problem x x
