Lost 1.5lbs wasn't feeling very motivated this week, wasn't tracking properly but instead of going over pp I wasn't using all my daily pps
Anyway thrilled I got to my 5% goal weight
won't lie I was slightly disappointed that I didn't quite reach the 1stone mark 0.5lb off
Think it was because I really upped my exercise this wk doing wii fit every night and walking EVERYWHERE pushing a double buggy uphill
but I will get back on track and get it off next wk
