im going to see my cdc tomorrow so i should wait and ask her, but im excited lol!

how long do you do SS for, do you only do that for a certain number of weeks then move up a step?

also, how long would it take to loose the 49lbs i need to loose... i no theres no set time limit but im impatient!

i think u can ss until you reach your goal. But if your bmi is close to 25 you might not be let. Im not sure to tell you the truth.

They say on average people lose 1 stone a month, maybe a bit more in the 1st month!!

I was told SS for 4 weeks, then add a meal for a week, then back on to SS for another 4 if I wanted to. This may have changed with the new rules being introduced.

Good luck - being excited about starting is just the right frame of mind to be in. Remember, the first week is the hardest, but after that it's plain sailing.
