I fell off the wagon recently but I'm back on track now ~ past two days I've been 100% (apart from one mouthful of chicken!) just wondering how long its taken people to get back into ketosis after being off plan ~ your experiences are greatly appreciated!
Hi Simi, I had a day off last weekend as I was away (Saturday) have been 100% since and checked this evening with a Ketostix and am back in Ketosis now, so 3 days for me .
