how long does

    xenical stay in your body for?? i only took one pill today but went to my daughters birthday meal and boy did i know i eat the wrong food i took the pill this morning though not good not doin tht again eatin the wrong food i mean :(not good so does it stay in the body for awhile and when will i see the difference ive been on them for about 3 weeks now and nothign been eatin low fat diet and exercisin 5 times a week at the gym and nothing jsut me feelin fitter in myslf thats why this weekend i was fed up and thought sod it i will have an easter egg and go for the meal big regrets im tellin you hahah well if anyone can advice me would likke to know more cos i want this weight off and doin all wat im meant to be doin but dont seem to be losin anythign ????????

    just stick in there do what youre already doing and dont loose heart
    do you measure yourself ? i do i find i see more of a diffrence in my measurment more then my weight i also do before and after photos
    i think it takes at least 3 days for the pills to exit your body but not to sure on that

    Diet:
    xenical Orlistat, low-fat diet
    Seamus you must take Xenical 3 times a day with meals ....don't go over the 45g rule of fat.....when looking at packets where it says per 100g look down at the fat content and don't go above 5g !!
    Drink plenty of water...you must also stick to low fat foods as well as knowing how many calories you should be eating !!

    Take your measurements also as sometimes the scales don't tell you everything !!
    Make sure when your at the gym that your not doing exercises to build muscle as this weighs more than fat...you need to do plenty of cardio and walking ....a lot of us are also doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels dvd...I would also recommend it !!
