how long for goal?

Hi Amethyst,

Your weight loss won't slow down badly - most weeks on SS I lose 3-6 pounds still even though I'm getting close to target and almost ready for 790.

Does it depend on how big you are to start with?
I was just thinking about some people that lose like 10-14lbs in their first week - that wuld take me a quarter of the way to target.

(I dont mean to offend anyone by the way, im just curious) xx

I think it does depend.
The bigger you are, the more you loose.

I could loose 7lb in a week but a thin person would loose like 2lb and be happy.

I dont know how it works on SS though!

took me over 2 yrs at weightwatchers to lose 2 stoneand cost me £480!!!!thats £20 a month and will hopefully take me about 2 to 3 months to lose same with cd costing me ...£400 ish so think i know what i prefer lol...

Loving the Cambridge Diet
The £480 at WW was only the fees, you still had to buy food on top of that, which would take the figure way higher!

The figure you quoted for Cambridge is for the food only.
