how long to work thru plans from SS?

I still have a long, long way to go, but working out an average loss of a stone a month, I estimate I will only have 7 weeks to refeed/work up the plans before my hols next year.

How long does it normally take? I don't want to regain loads but at the same time I want to enjoy my hols by eating normally!

I think the advice is at least two weeks on each stage and then it depends on what level your weight stabilises at. Check out p27 of your yellow booklet :)
