That site looks interesting. I use myfitnesspal.com. I think this site s fab as I keep track of overall calories and can measure calories of a load of activities. In addition to following my GL plan I try to keep my overall cals to about 1200 a day at the moment.

Yep, I really like it. Don't obsess over calorie counting but it is good to bear in mind the total cals you are taking on board. At the end of the day if calories in is not less than calories out, then it won't matter how GL friendly our food is!!!!

Thought I'd give you an update on how I'm getting on with the Myfitness site. It's brilliant. I try to put in the night before what my plan is the next day and then this guides me as to whether I am making healthy choices or not and I might tweak my menu. I am so surprised by some of the things I didn't know the calorie and also carb content of! My main focus, is as you say on Low GL but it helps to see about the calories too. I particularly like to focus on my carb intake as I feel I am fairly carb sensitive. Thanks again.
