Grateful for advice on how many carbs I can have with my meal on SS+. Is it limited to 20 grams or less, measured by cup or mug? I really love my veg, but realise I have to limit intake to get into and stay in ketosis. All advice gratefully received.

    hey there,

well if you had a 4th shake on ss+ instead of the small meal you would be having 14g carb approx, so i guess you shouldnt go above that.

The booklet says what you can eat on SS+, so that you don't have to work out the carbs etc. Its something like 20g protein (chicken, white fish, tofu???) and two tablespoons of green veg (there is a list of veg you can eat). I don't think you can eat just anything that is within a certain carb range. Hope this helps, but not sure it was what you were after.
