How many grams is this?

How many grams of carbs are there in 1 cup of button mushrooms? I don't think I'm eating enough carbs. Is that a bad thing? I'm only having this once a day

I think I may add another cup of cucumber? How many carb grams with that be? I know in the book it states you should have 3 cups of salad veg, but states nothing about how many carbs are in them. Is there a special site where you can find out?

Any info would be appreciated

You should be trying for 2 MUGS of salad veggies and 1 MUG of other green veggies a day.
