How many points should i be having

    Hi there i was just wondering as im going to be starting weight watchers, how many points i should roughly be having, im 20st !!!!!! :0 also if i dont want to use all of my points will that be ok? does eating less points equal more weight loss? any help is appreciated thanks x

    Occasionally sitting but mainly standing?score 2
    Walking most of the time? score 4
    Doing physically hard work most of the time? score 6

    Add up the total and that is your daily points allowance
