Hi all!
I'm new to minimins but I've been on CD for nearly 6 weeks now- WI 6 is tomorrow.
I lost 2 stone in my first four weeks but last week I gained 1lb and I don't 'feel' like I've lost anything this week either :cry:
I'm on the plan 100%, I refuse to stray or cheat or anything as I'm a very stubborn girl but I do find that staying the same or plateauing when I've been so good very very frustrating!
Please say I'm not the only one?
