I like to walk, it's just finding somewhere to walk...I hate walking around for the sake of it..to walk somewhere nice, I'd need to travel to it grrr!!

i love to walk...i just open the door and go....i am very lucky...living in the irish countryside....fresh air...its a pleasure to walk sometimes..

theres a nice walk i used to do but they have recently made it private and you cant just walk through it was about a 5 mile walk i used to do it 5/6 times a week!! So like bunny i have to get in the car to get somewhere nice, which is a nuisance

Thanks for the replies. Just though I'd update a bit:

I've seen another doctor who was really shocked at what I was told. He's raised an internal complaint to make sure it isn't repeated. There was some question about me getting more as I have an existing Gall bladder problem and had some pain following the first weeks on Xenical.

So I have another months worth which I'll be taking correctly and I have to stop at the first sign of a gall bladder flare up.

I'm back on track today
