Hi, I have been doing this diet for a little over three weeks now and I have had an incredible weight loss but I have not dropped down a size.
I was wondering whether you could tell me whether any of you guys are exercising and what sorts of things you are doing?
I really need some motivation as I had a slip up at the weekend but I'm determined to get back to it today and I'm 100% and going strong as yet. I'd just like to hear your experiences to give me that extra push!
