how much do you spend?

    Doesnt sound too steep then im meeting with consultant at the end of the month hoping I can get rid of some weight its really getting me down now :'( xxx

    More energy, clearer skin and no more upset tummies. Im a veggie so its a great way to get more protein for me :D I have a diary on here called clover's herbalife diary if u want to have a look :)

    Do it do it, this was my last resort and I am now 25lbs down running further and faster than I have ever done, lots of energy and generally healthy.

    I spent £160 BUT that was for 2 tubs of shake, a tub of protein drink mix, 2x packs of protein bars, fibre tablets and vitamins. That's me done for a month apart from dinner so working out a lot cheaper than what I was spending on breakfast and lunch anyway! x

    Good luck! Defo go for all the products that you will think will help - I lieterally haven't used my bank card at all! Like they say failure to prepare is like preparing to fail! Let us know how you get on and what you choose etc x
