hello in the book he suggest drinking up to 3ltrs a day. the more water you drink the better i assume. there are no cals, fat, sugar or carbs in it just watch your salt intake ad certain mineral waters are slightly higher in mineral salts than others. plus being fully hydrated helps your body function better there for aid weight lose :)

The recommended daily intake of water is about 3.5 litres, it is also best to take this amount steadily thought out the day and not consume in vast amounts at one time. Drinking large volumes of water and not taking in any salts can cause low potassium levels so best not over do it:)
