Extra Easy How much superfree when its combined in a main meal?

Hi im quite new to EE but not to slimming world as i used to do red and green days. I was wondering if i am having like a rice and seafood combo how much superfree do i need, for example ive made a egg 'fried' rice mix which has some prawns, rice, 1 large onion chopped, 2 cloves garlic, a medium punnet of mushrooms (380g worth) and soy sauce. would the mushrooms and onion be enough for my superfree in this case? i have used 400g of rice (enough for 2 meals) and a pack of raw prawns.
