Hi everyone I am new to Slimming World, and I must admit I feel like I am eating way too much for it to be a diet!
Just wondered how other members use your syns, for example should we be using them a certain way, or can you really have crisps or choc nearly every day as long as the rest of the food you eat is free? I was going to ask Consultant but felt silly as there were loads of 'regulars' there and it was my first week!
