How to cope Christmas and New Year's ?

Hey everyone!

So all (or most of us, like me) have this end of year dilemma...

What shall we do for Christmas and New Year's?

Are you having a break?

Are you allowing yourself to enjoy a bit?

I would love to hear your opinions about this year's season and the past experiences as well.

PS: Well if you are wondering what I am going to do, I decided to take a small non-binge break from the diet, just because I love to cook and because I don't socialise with all my family that often due to life constraints.

Hi There

I started on the 1st of December and at the min feel that focused think I will just stick to plan however I am on ss+ so will have a turkey and veg meal xmas day. Its drinking that is the hardest part for me as at all our social occassions there is alcohol and I have been known to enjoy a tipple or two!! haha the minute I stop drinking on nights out everyone assumes I ma pregnant!!! lol!!

Thats my plan anyway just gonna try n stick to it as best I can!

HI There

I started end of September and have managed 100% so far. I'm planning (fingers crossed) to SS the whole way through. For me its easier to say no food than to be "sensible".

Hi, based on my experience and the people who started diet with me, taking a break is fatal. I never got back on it and I was doing really well! Just to warn you. Gooed luck whatever you decide.
