How to get back on track

    Hi all

    I am struggling!! I have been following Slimming World on and off now since Christmas.

    I didn't sign up to a club I have just used my Mum's books and got advice from her and looking on here. I go for my weigh ins with a group of others at work.

    I just don't seem to get anywhere with it. I will start my food diary up as that seems to have slipped my mind.

    Whats more destroying is the amount of exercise i have been doing and still not losing in fact i put on!

    Sunday - i completed a 27 mile bike ride (mostly up hill) and i'd put on 2lb!

    Has anybody else had this problem????

    Please help :)
