Lunch -- whoops didn't really bother with this. Feeling nauseus most day; interview stress plus post break up sickness
Boiled egg
Mini eggs (roughly 200cals worth)

Dinner
Soup: onion, squash, carrot
Bread roll

Exercise - walk to/from work (5miles)

Large portion pasta in mediteranean style tomato sauce with cheese on top (in restaurant)
Ginger beer

Exercise: walk to and from work - 5miles

Been to ballet tonight to see nutcracker, awesome! But interview at 9am tomorrow morning and not prepared!!

Rice and veg: 1/4 cup brown rice, red onion, chard, purple-sprouting broccoli, spring greens, cauliflower, 1/8 cup cashews, soy sauce
