Hello All!

I am a 24 female who is looking to shift some pounds. I guess I'm just looking for support from people who know what I am going through. (I have 3 sisters who are naturally thin, while I have always been overweight)

Through a combination of healthy eating and exercise I wish to go from 177lb to 160lb by my 25th birthday (May 8). I want to look and feel my best when I turn a quarter century :eek:

I find it very inspiring reading about others who have done what I am about to attempt and I thank you in advance for the support. Just knowing this forum is always here, I'm sure it will be a life savour!
