HOWS EVERY1S WEEK GOIN???

Hi Jackie,
Well it was better than I thought as you said.. I had a STS this week.. Which I'm delighted about as I was really expecting to be up.. So am determined to be 100% on track this week.. I don't mind if I leave 2 r 3 unused daily.. As long as I dont go over!! And I don't like to use my weekly allowance but if needs be.. But for this week especially am gona try not use any..
I am doing the Flora Women's Mini Marathon on Monday so that will probably be the only activity I do!!

Are you only not motivated on the active side of things or food wise also??
Generally I dont much exercise at all.. i really need to sort that out!! Am just soooo lazy... But I will get active.. Eventually lol xx
 
I'm fine with the food!! I'm cooking more. Eating more fruit and veg. Drinking more water.....
It's just the 'getting off my butt' I have the problem with..... Sigh..... Lol
