Ain't been on this in a while. So I thought I'd carry on my good progress and get some inspiration from others progress.

Since my last visit, I've been training for different running events. Cutting not only fats but carbs too. Around 10-15 grams of fat per day and 50-70 grams of carbs a day (both sugar and dietary fibres) since my last post about 6 weeks ago I've lost around 25bs and I've lost 4st in total. Cutting out the carbs really helps, you would be suprised how hard it is getting 1200 calories out of just eating fish, lean meats and veg such as carrots, mushrooms and broccoli.

Enough about me though, how are you lot doing? X
