It was delsish!! The only thing is..I have no idea how many syns would have been in it? She seemed to think there was 0.5 syns per tbs..Id really love to know as I would have it again..and again:D

reduced fat houmous is 1.5 per tablespoon BUT the good news is you can have 57g as a HEX B on green or EE

It's dead easy to make your own humous, whizz some chickpeas and garlic in a food processor, add a little water to loosen it and add lemon and coriander if that's your fancy!! Roasted peppers are great whizzed into it too and best of all..... it will be free on green/EE!

I was gonna say the same as Jaylou. The version I make is

Can of chickpeas
small pot of fat free yoghurt
juice of half a lemon

whiz it all in the blender, yum yum

and if you wanted add the coriander.

For the real authentic taste add tahini. You can get this from health food shops and it is sesame paste, so it really adds that special texture and taste of real houmous.

2 dessertspoons are a HEX B and this is plenty for 1 can of chickpeas
