Just wondering when u change from attack to cruise do u get hungry as I'm not hungry on attack at all

Nope... it was 2pm today before I knew it and I hadn't even thought of food! Just ate so not to mess with my metabolism.

nope you done and same rules apply if your hungry eat dont ever let yourself get hungry as it wont help your weight loss

Thanks for the replies, as id quite got used to not feeling hungry and was a bit concerned I'd go back to wanting to eat all time again x
