Hungry :-(

I'm on week 16 of SSing, and for the last week I've been staaaarving :( I've not done anything differently, I'm still drinking the same amount of water (4l +), but I'm so hungry! Last week I didn't have a very good loss compared to my usual standards lol - I don't know if that has anything to do with it?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi there

When I got to around week 14ish I started to feel hungry and got more cravings too. I thought it might be to do with my body getting smaller and having less fat to live off but as I was due to work up the plans anyway it resolved itself.

You could perhaps try moving up to 790 for a while to see if that suits you a little better and satisfys the hunger.
