I'm on week 16 of SSing, and for the last week I've been staaaarving I've not done anything differently, I'm still drinking the same amount of water (4l +), but I'm so hungry! Last week I didn't have a very good loss compared to my usual standards lol - I don't know if that has anything to do with it?
