Husky muffin recipe please?

I wonder if someone could tell me how much PH to put in if making sweet muffins?

Really like the idea of the extra fibre without having to stomach grainy paste more than once a day:eek:
 
i generally put about 2 tsp in....

ive only tried it a couple of times tho, so you might need to experiment. Because the husks 'suck up' water you might find that you need to add more water to stop the muffin from being dry......trial and error im afraid! Im not sure if anyone else has got it down to a t tho....

Ooooh! Just had this for lunch and nuked it for 1min 20secs. Still gooey and fudgelike. Probably did use a bit more water than normal. Very delicious, kept a bit back as sauce. Thanks Keeliewheeliebin.
