I'm gonna go back to doing my Wii dancing games, just dance 1, 2 & 3, and Michael Jackson dance. They helped with my weight loss previously and are good fun too xx

Hey Helen how you doing? Xx

I'm good thanks. My parents have offered to take me & my son 2 an eat all u can waiter served Chinese restaurant on Friday & I'm torn ;) I either have to accept the damage it will cause or say no thanks. They previously took my son as I had just started WW but said they'd like us all 2 go this time.

I've got a few social events over the Summer so can't afford 4 2 many 'nights off'. Problem is I won't be restrained or make healthy choices if I go, as it's lovely there & I haven't been there yet this year :)

How are you getting on? I've bought some new freezer food to try in the near future .... Yum :)

Helen

I'm doing well today thanks been feeling a little low lately but the fog feels like its lifting now :)

I wouldn't be able to trust myself with a chinese buffet I love chinese too much! I find social events difficult the girls at work are organising cocktail afternon/evenng in Leeds soon, not sure if I am going to go, cocktails = loads of pro points :(. Just booked Xmas do! And wanna be in my lovely blue size 12 dress by then and at goal weight! :D

Food looking lovely - what yummy freezer food have you got? Xx

Have u been feeling low due 2 missing certain foods or other reasons? It's Good that the fog is lifting.

I also have a weakness for Chinese, cocktails & anything sweet lol.

How amazing will it be 2 wear a size 12 @ Xmas :). It's difficult because it's easy 4 me 2 B a hermit but partly that started through gaining weight. The crazy thing is I can actually enjoy socialising when I feel better in myself & so this time I'm trying to not avoid social outings, but the temptation 2 make the choices I'll regret are always out there.

I am definitely not having the blow out reaction but trying to keep 'off plan' 2 a minimum on this journey.

Tbh the freezer items may not be that exciting but I spent £40 whilst browsing on Sat & loved the £1 & £2 bargains I found at Asda. As inspired by others I have bought: minced beef findus pancakes, golden veg rice fusions, chicken fingers, mini deep filled pepperoni pizza (think I got that idea from your diary), strawberry & lemon ski mousse, rum/raisin icecream (it's nearly finished), must try the salted caramel & eaton mess ones next, hashtags potato shapes. Plus Asda value corn crisps, digestives (forgot how yummy these are), & lots of fruit and salad. I even managed to find the puffed wheat that is free on SS which I couldn't find in the smaller Asda! Plus the staple WW's items.

My moods go up and down a lot, more up than down lately though which is good. I think hubby being back at work and him feeling a lot better if helping me a lot. I don't do much if any socialising when I feel that way out or when I am feeling 'fat' as I don't enjoy myself and feel self concious the whole time I'm there. Fingers crossed for the size 12 dress for xmas do, it's a lovely dress that I was given a while ago I never thought I would get into it, but I am now feeling a lot more optimistic about getting into it in time for xmas (fingers crossed) 3 stone to go eeek!! if not to goal there are always spanx lol :)

Some of that food sounds yummy, I've never had salted caramel ice cream and the eton mess one sounds wonderful. Don't know if I could only eat a small amount though, but to be honest hubby and son would probably help me eat it before I managed to eat too much!! I've not tried puffed wheat that isn't coated in sugar what's it like? I don't like sugar puffs, too sickly.

xx

I hate feeling self conscious re rate but that's all starting 2 change :) I could not wear a dress without my granny all in 1 underwear even when I was lighter. It smooths everything out & reduces my bust lol!

I was really impressed withe the puffed wheat it's similar due to texture just without the sweetness. Tbh I'd add sweetener but that's because I've got a whole set of sweet teeth ;)

Hi Helen.

I know your dilemma about going for the Chinese meal only too well as I've been there several times over the last four months since I started ww. However I have come to realise that as long as we are confident that we can get straight back on track after a spell off plan then not too much damage is done overall. You have done amazingly well already and in such a short space of time too and I reckon even if you had a slight gain it would come off very quickly, as has been my experience on this diet. Life is for living hun so you should go out with your mum, dad and son and have a fab time on Friday, without any regrets :)

Now tell me to mind my own business lol! :D xx
